ရန်ကုန်သူမီရှဲရဲ့ ဒီအပတ်သွားခဲ့တဲ့နေရာက ဝေးဝေးလံလံ ကုက္ကိုင်းကုန်းကျော်တံတားအောက်နားက အနုပညာအထက်တန်းကျောင်း (Lim Ching Tsong Palace) ကို ရောက်ခဲ့တယ်။
အရင်က ဒီနေရာက သစ်ပင်အုံ့ဆိုင်းနေလို့ သိပ်မမြင်ရဘူး။ ကုက္ကိုင်းကုန်းကျော်တံတားထိုးပြီးသွားတော့ ဖြတ်သွားတိုင်း မြင်နေရတဲ့ နေရာတစ်နေရာဖြစ်သွားတယ်။ တနေ့ တနေ့ ဘယ်သွားရင်ကောင်းမလဲ စဉ်းစားရင်း ဟိုလူညွှန် ဒီလူညွှန်နဲ့ ဒီရောက်ဖြစ်သွားရော …။ အဲ …. ရိုက်ကူးရေး လုပ်ဖို့ကြတော့ စာတင်ရပြန်ရော …။ စာပြန်ကျတော့ ရိုက်ဖြစ်သွားလို့ ဒီဗီဒီယိုလေး ဒီအပတ်တင်လိုက်ပါတယ်။
ဒီအနုပညာအထက်တန်းကျောင်းရဲ့ အရင်ပိုင်ရှင်က လင်ချင်းချောင်း (Lim Ching Tsong) ဖြစ်ပြီး ချင်းချောင်းနန်းတော်လို့ခေါ်တယ်။ ဥရောပဟန် ရောနှောပါဝင်နေတဲ့ တရုတ်ရိုးရာနန်းတော်ကြီးက ၂၀၁၈ ဆိုရင် နှစ်တစ်ရာပြည့်ပြီ။ ပိုင်ရှင်လင်ချင်းချောင်းအကြောင်းရော ချင်းချောင်းနန်းတော်ကြီးအကြောင်းရော ဒီထက်ပိုသိချင်ရင်တော့ ဘယ်လိုမီဒီယာတွေက ဖော်ကျုးထားလည်းဆိုတာ ဒီလင့်ခ်တွေကတဆင့် ဝင်ဖတ်လို့ရပါတယ်။
စနေ၊ တနင်္ဂနွေ နဲ့ အစိုးရရုံးပိတ်ရက်ဆို လူမရှိလို့ ဝင်ကြည့်လို့မရပါဘူး။ ကြားရက်တွေဆို မနက် ကိုးနာရီကနေ ညနေ ငါးနာရီလောက်ထိ ဝင်ကြည့်လို့ရပါတယ်။ အပေါ်ဆုံးထပ်တွေက သော့ခတ်ထားတက်လို့ တက်ကြည့်လို့ ရ/မရ အာမမခံဘူးနော် … ။ အဲ့ဒီမှာ အနုပညာ၊ ပန်းချီ၊ ပန်းပု၊ တူရိယာ လာသင်နေတဲ့ အဆောင်နေ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေလည်း ရှိပါတယ်။ လေ့ကျင့်/ပြသနေတဲ့ ဇာတ်ရုံရှိတယ်။
ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ရုပ်ရှင်ဖြစ်မြောက်ရေးကော်မတီ ရုံးခန်းနဲ့ Myanmar Art Center ပန်းချီပြခန်းလည်းရှိတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီနန်းတော်အပေါ်ထပ် ဝရန်တာက ထွက်ကြည့်ရင် ရုပ်ရှင်ထဲကအိမ်အကြီးကြီးတွေထဲ ရောက်သွားသလိုပဲ။ တကယ်ခမ်းနားတယ်။ အပန်းဖြေစရာနေရာမဟုတ်ပေမဲ့ ဗဟုသုတရစရာ၊ အမြင်ကျယ်စေမဲ့ နေရာ တစ်နေရာပါ။
Lim Chin Tsong was a Burmese Chinese tycoon and merchant, with business interests ranging from rice to oil. Throughout his career, he served as the sole partner of Lim Soo Hean & Company, originally established by his father, a Chinese emigre to Burma. During his own lifetime he was known as the most successful Chinese merchant in Rangoon.
He entertained the social elite of the city in lavish parties hosted at his residence, Chin Tsong Palace, and gave generously to charities, including a hospital, a temple, and several schools. In modern Yangon, he is mostly remembered for the sudden and mysterious circumstances of his bankruptcy and death. Ref:Wikipedia
