This video is my cooking tips video as well, Sausage Omelet Roll in Easy Steps. ဒီတစ်ခါ ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းနည်းနည်းနဲ့ အလွယ်ကူဆုံး အသားချောင်းကြက်ဥလိပ်ကြော် ကြော်စားကြမယ်။ ရန်ကုန်သူမီရှဲက ခက်ခက်ခဲခဲတွေ မချက်ချင်လို့ လွယ်လွယ်ပြီး မြန်မြန်စားလို့ရတာမှန်သမျှ စိတ်ဝင်စားတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါနဲ့ပဲ အင်တာနက်က ရှာတွေ့ထားတဲ့ မုန့်လုပ်နည်းကို အောင်အောင်မြင်မြင်လုပ်နိုင်သွားလို့ အားလုံးကိုကြော်ကျွေးထားတယ်။

ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းတွေက တွက်ရလွယ်တယ်။ အသားချောင်းတစ်ချောင်းကို ကြက်ဥတစ်လုံး ပေါင်မုန့်တစ်ချပ်၊ ချိစ့်တစ်ပြားနှုန်းနဲ့ပဲ။

အဓိကလိုတာက လေးထောင့်ဒယ်ပြားပါ။ မဟုတ်ရင် လိပ်ရခက်တယ်။ အဆာပလာတွေမပါလဲ စားလို့ကောင်းတယ်။ အကြိုက်ပေါ်မူတည်ပါတယ်။ ဆိုတော့ လုပ်စားဖြစ်ရင် ခေါ်ကျွေးကြပါ…
